How can we assist you?
Do you allow pets?
We do not allow pets in order to preserve our original 1920 wood floors, maintain allergy safety for other guests, and ensure cleanliness in our outdoor restaurant area. If you plan to bring a service animal, please notify the hotel in advance.
What is the check in and check out time?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in at 2:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, we have an onsite chef that offers weekend brunch from 10am to 3pm, with lunch and dinner available by reservation.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Park Place Inn & Cottages is a 100% smoke-free property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside any rooms or cottages. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available—please inquire at check-in. An additional fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have an onsite parking lot for our hotel guests. Long-term parking is available for hotel guests traveling in and out of Sanford International Airport for an additional fee.
Do you offer airport shuttle service?
We do not offer airport shuttle service. Seminole County launched their SCOUT program for affordable inter-county travel- just download the app. Uber or Lyft are also readily available. We are located approximately a 10-minute drive from Sanford International Airport.
What amenities are included in the room?
Each room includes clean linens, shampoo, conditioner, a drip coffee pot with coffee, cream and sugar, and either a full kitchen or kitchenette—both equipped with a fridge and microwave. Fridge size may vary depending on the room type.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations made 14–3 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; and cancellations made within 3 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Which Rooms are on the ground floor?
Ground Floor Accommodations:
Chef’s Cottage, Chic Studio, Rose Tea Room Suite, Oxford Suite, and Historic Craftsman 1st Floor.
Second Floor Accommodations (Stairs Required):
Coastal Cottage, Ivy Cottage, Historic Craftsman 2nd Floor.
Is there an incidental hold for my reservation?
Yes. A $300 incidental hold is required at check-in. The hold may be placed on a different card than the one used for payment and will be released within 48 hours after checkout, provided no damages are found.
